Aluna Bifold Doors
Our market leading Aluna bifold system can be manufactured with up to 7 leaves each way (14 in total), opening from the left or right, towards the inside or outside of the property. The moving corner post option enables right angled bifolding doors, including the return, to open out fully, with the option of a fixed corner.
Engineering-grade hardware allows for silky smooth opening and closing operation. Perfect to open up your clients' space to the outdoors and create a visually stunning addition to any project.

Clip-in beads are also fully available on our premium Aluna range of bifolding doors. Our clip in bead is unique in that when installed - installers benefit from both flexibility and ease of installation, dramatically reducing the time of install per pane.
What sets this new bead design apart is the confidence in the sound it makes as it is installed. Simply click it into place without the need for tools or any excessive force where traditionally, glazing would require a time-consuming wedge gasket.
Designed exclusively for us by experienced product developers, with installers in mind. Suitable for both left and right hand sides of the doors, making it easier to install.
Easily adjusted with an allen key and featuring a universal screw, these luxurious vifold doors also have plastic alignment packers for ease of fitting. The wider faceplate gives increased strength, with diecast back boxes for hooks and centre deadbolt. The reduced hook box depth means no confliction with the intermediate lock configuration.
With easy installation - 1 turn of the grub screw locks the end cap securely into place. No messy gluing process is required and the end cap remains firmly in place during transit to site.
Making glazing even faster for our trade installers. Simply fit into the corners of the sash for enhanced speedy toe and heeling, this 4mm thick recycled plastic addition makes installs fast and easy.
Our Aluna bifold system has been designed to be a quick and easy to install. The system offers an optional adjustable jamb feature for maximum versatility of +/- 4mm either side during installation and is easily adjustable with an allen key.
The Aluna glass adjuster enables simple adjustment after installation without the requirement to deglaze the sash - making toe and heeling a fast and simple process on site.

Standard Threshold
The standard threshold (55mm) acts as a full weather break, keeping properties dry and warm regardless of outside elements. Recommended for external bifolding doors.
Integrated Cill & Threshold
Our integrated cill and threshold profile provides full weather rating on our lowest threshold and maximises the overall sash height of the door leaf.
Low Threshold
Our Low Threshold (20mm) doesn’t offer as much weather protection but creates a seamless look. Lower thresholds are less of a trip hazard than higher ones so are more suited for your customers with mobility issues or small children.
Low Threshold with Ramps
When a threshold can’t be sunk below floor level and accessibility is required, a ramp can be added either side of the low threshold as an optional extra.
Universal Aluminium Cills
Our range of universal aluminium cills with pre-drilled screw ports are compatible with most other door and window systems, as well as with our Aluna bifold system. Their main benefits are directing water away from brickwork while also offering an additional design element to the aesthetics of the door or window.

Aluna sliding doors are designed for large opening sizes of up to 2.5m x 2.7m per sash, with super slim interlock of just 25mm for maximum vision, excellent thermal performance as low as 1.4 U W/m2K, noise reduction, high security, soft closing technology, and weather-proofing all come as standard.
Our Aluna sliding doors enable panoramic unobstructed views with the use of narrow profiles, designed with bottom rails of 42mm and 34mm width, with the options of mono, double and triple track, either double or triple glazed. A wide variety of configurations are achievable, including a fixed sash and up to 6 panes, as either sliding or lift and slide doors.

Our aluminium cill is more robust than PVC alternatives and comes complete with plastic push-in colour matched end caps, in our standard stock colours, for a secure and sleek finish. Cill sizes are available in 190mm and 230mm.
Available in Black, White, Anthracite Grey, textured Mill finish, and dual colours of White/Anthracite Grey and Black/White and can also be powder-coated in any RAL colour.
Interlocks

Our PAS24 (2022) accredited Lever Lever Lock System enables the ultimate symmetrical, premium, sleek finish to any French door. It's unique locking option can be installed within our super slim sash creating an aesthetically pleasing finish to the door design.
Gone are the lever and opposing slave door handle and in there place is a uniform mirrored aesthetic with dual handles. To upgrade to Lever Lever no additional gaskets or profiles are required.
Enhance the operation of our French doors with a 90 degree door restrictor. This prevents the door from opening more than 90 degrees, if it was to get caught in the wind for example. The arm can also be easily detached to allow full opening of the door. The restrictor is easy to install and can be retrofitted on site.
